IT Asset Auditing
Independent Verification for Total Traceability and Compliance
Independent Verification. Total Transparency. Complete Accountability.
IT Asset Auditing provides independent verification and reconciliation of all IT assets received for processing, whether destined for refurbishment, recycling or destruction. Our audits ensure full traceability, compliance, and accuracy at every stage of your IT asset’s disposition lifecycle.
Our process
Each audit is designed to validate every device and document every outcome:
Asset Removal Report (ARR)
Following verification, an Asset Removal Report is generated summarising reconciled assets, serial numbers, and next-step outcomes (refurbish, recycle, or destroy).
Collection Verification
All assets are logged and barcoded upon collection. Serial numbers, conditions, and data-bearing status are verified and recorded.
Reconciliation & Reporting
We perform a detailed cross-check between collected items and client-provided inventories. Discrepancies are highlighted and resolved through transparent reporting.
ITAD Report
Comprehensive reporting includes data-bearing device verification, chain-of-custody evidence, and linkage to destruction or erasure certificates.
